Solutions range from sensors installed on bike paths and hiking trails to data interpretation software. Because counting is good, but giving meaning to the numbers is even better. Established in France with subsidiaries in Montreal, Germany, the United States, and Hong Kong, Eco-Compteur is also present in over 60 countries. Eco-Compteur's Montreal office is looking for a Administrative and Finance Technician to work on our two subsidiaries in Canada and the United States. It is also, above all, a human-sized company where everyone shares a vision and values: autonomy, trust, transparency with a lot of passion and pleasure! *Great Place to Work certification in 2025 Responsibilities · Perform daily accounting data entry, accounts receivable and payable · Perform bank reconciliations. · Participate in the preparation of monthly reports (Revenue, cash flow, margin). · Post closing entries (monthly, quarterly and annual). · Finalize the annual accounts closure with auditors. · File TPS/TVQ, PST declarations. · Transmit invoices and variable payroll data to the American firm for the US subsidiary.
