Role Summary Maintain safe, efficient operation of plant facilities and building systems through repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility support. Key Responsibilities Perform building repairs (walls, floors, windows, doors, light carpentry). Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance. Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with machinery troubleshooting. Maintain clean, safe work areas; follow OHSA, ISO9001, GMP, and EH&S standards. Support facility upkeep: painting, cleaning, waste handling, equipment moves, inventory. Assist mechanics/contractors and document maintenance work. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in facility/building maintenance. Proficient with hand and power tools; basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of safety regulations. Physically able to lift, bend, and work in varied environments. Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Ability to train or guide others. Preferred Qualifications Experience with machining, welding, or shop tools. Knowledge of water treatment chemicals or chemical handling. The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,360.00 and 61,810.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
