Requirements

Requires a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting one to two years, and at least five years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of ITIL, networking, servers, security software, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and Windows, TCP/IP, and wireless networks.
