Results-driven Thirst to learn and excel Constantly seeking sustainable and agile solutions Ability to see beyond established standards Rigour and ethical Ability to share and pass on knowledge Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program Member in good standing with PEO Be a new grad from school, or have ideally up to 2 years of experience in engineering as well as proficiency in reading and preparing electrical schematics of various types (single lines, three lines, and interconnection drawings) Available for short-term assignments Knowledge of MS Office and other database applications Basic knowledge of HV/MV/LV apparatus and safety in electrical installations Asset: Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written Asset: Knowledge of power systems (HV, MV, LV) Asset: Knowledge of ETAP, EasyPower, CYME and PSCAD software Asset: Advanced engineering degree Asset: Generation engineering experience An Overview Of BBA’s Total Reward Annual base salary, based on 40 hours weekly, between $65,000 - $85,500 Annual bonus program for all regular employees Onsite mobility premium Access to a time bank Cellphone Program Group insurance plan starting day one including short term and long-term disability insurance Pension Plan Vacation and sick leave Premium offer through the Employee Referral Program BBA considers many factors to determine the annual base salary such as, but no limited to: Location of the position, education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications, and other relevant competencies. Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program and good-standing membership with PEO are required. The role is intended for a new graduate or someone with ideally up to two years of engineering experience, proficiency with electrical schematics, availability for short-term assignments, and basic knowledge of electrical apparatus and safety; power systems and specified engineering software are assets.
