Experience with surface and underground mining projects, including shaft sinking and subsurface utilities. Proficiency in engineering calculations, specifications, procurement packages, contract documentation, and Canadian electrical codes and standards. Experience using ETAP, SKM, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering design software. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and develop practical, fit-for-purpose engineering solutions. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards. A genuine interest in leading technical work, mentoring others, and contributing to successful project outcomes. Motivation to continuously learn, embrace new technologies, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement. A track record of successfully delivering engineering scopes safely, on schedule, and within budget. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing project interfaces, and contributing to positive project and client outcomes.
