Requisition ID: 183530 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Position Requirements Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Instrumentation Technician Ticket Apprentices are encouraged to apply Valid safety certificates: Fall Protection Confined Space Experience soldering copper within the cold box scope for cooling towers Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites Compensation And Shift Details Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, an Audiometric test, and 50lb Fitness to Work test No travel and living-out expenses provided Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Candidates must possess a valid Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician ticket and have at least 5 years of experience on industrial sites. Valid safety certificates for Fall Protection and Confined Space are required.
