Requisition ID: 183530 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Position Requirements Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Instrumentation Technician Ticket Apprentices are encouraged to apply Valid safety certificates: Fall Protection Confined Space Experience soldering copper within the cold box scope for cooling towers Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites Compensation And Shift Details Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, an Audiometric test, and 50lb Fitness to Work test No travel and living-out expenses provided Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
