The technician will identify user needs, plan and animate leisure activities, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support the therapeutic process. They are also responsible for coordinating special events and encouraging the autonomous participation of residents. Candidates must hold a college diploma (DEC) in leisure intervention techniques from a recognized institution. Experience in a residential or hospital setting and knowledge of the aging process are considered significant assets.
