Qualifications Hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills Strong Quality Control expertise to ensure adherence to operational standards Advanced Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making Prior experience or certification as a Laboratory Technician Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and understanding lab safety protocols Educational background in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with Canadian or Australian regulations and standards related to laboratory operations is a plus
