Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lab Technician role based in Toronto, ON. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting tests using laboratory equipment, performing quality control checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols. The candidate will frequently handle analytical and diagnostic tasks while collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills Strong Quality Control expertise to ensure adherence to operational standards Advanced Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making Prior experience or certification as a Laboratory Technician Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and understanding lab safety protocols Educational background in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with Canadian or Australian regulations and standards related to laboratory operations is a plus
