Job summary

Summary Of Duties We have an opportunity for a Neurophysiology Technologist in EEG, to work in the Neurophysiology Lab on a Casual basis. The EEG Technologist plays an essential role in the diagnosis of neurological disorders, including seizures and traumatic brain injuries. Qualifications/Skills Registered with the Canadian Board of Registration of Electroneurophysiology Technologists (CBRET) – requirement Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate is preferred Minimum of two (2) years of recent practical experience in EEG is preferred Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team in outpatient, inpatient and ICU settings Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills Demonstrated effective technical, decision making and problem solving skills Excellent patient care skills Motivated, independent learner Commitment to and participation in quality improvement activities

Requirements
