Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging and processing equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities Respond to production breakdowns and minimize downtime Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment Complete fabrication and welding repairs as required Assist with maintenance and capital projects Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards What We're Looking For Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Millwright License Experience working in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, packaging, or other high-speed manufacturing environments Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working on high-speed packaging and automated production equipment Fabrication, machining, and welding experience Experience using machine shop equipment such as lathes and milling machines Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Strong commitment to workplace safety Preferred Experience Experience working with: Filling machines Packaging equipment Conveyors and material handling systems Automated manufacturing equipment PLC-controlled machinery Preventative maintenance programs Who You Are You are a hands-on Millwright who enjoys diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping equipment operating at peak performance.
