The Maintenance Technician performs preventative building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks in both occupied and vacant units. They are also responsible for cleaning common areas, managing waste, and ensuring all life safety systems are fully functional. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in HVAC, BAS, and FAS within a residential complex, along with relevant post-secondary education. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks like lifting 50lbs are also required.
