Perform preventative and corrective maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks in residential units and common areas. Ensure building safety systems are functional and maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the property. Requires a minimum of two years of experience with HVAC, BAS, and FAS in a Class A residential complex and relevant post-secondary education. Must possess a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to lift 50lbs.
