The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks in occupied and vacant units. They also ensure common areas are clean and that all building systems, such as HVAC and fire safety equipment, are fully functional. Candidates must have relevant post-secondary education and a minimum of two years of experience with HVAC, BAS, and FAS in a residential complex. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform manual labor are also required.
